关于此疫苗

Quadrivalent conjugate vaccine protecting against meningococcal serogroups A, C, W and Y. Prevents meningococcal meningitis and septicaemia. Mandatory for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

Must be taken at least 10 days before departure for Hajj/Umrah. Certificate is valid for typically 3–5 years depending on brand. Highly recommended for all pilgrims; often combined with flu and pneumococcal vaccines for older adults.
